SHIPPING
Order Processing Times
Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to ship. For standard shipping to Germany, your order will arrive approximately 1-2 business days from date of despatch. For standard shipping to European Union, your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from date of despatch. All orders, placed after noon will be processed the following business day regardless of the shipping method. Please see your email to check the status of your order.
EXCHANGE / RETURN
- We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase from MG-line. If you need to return your order, just send back unused items within 14 days from the delivery date!
- For returns, you may use the return shipping method of your choice. Please note that MG-line does not cover costs incurred for the return shipping.
- Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
WARRANTY
Complaints and warranty conditions
The guarantee is granted for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. The basis for accepting the warranty is the proof of purchase. The complaint must contain legible information. It is best to use our warranty form for this.
Otherwise, leave your name, address and telephone number. Attach the proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect to the package. Also add the address for return shipping.
As soon as we receive your warranty shipment, we aim to process your request within 10 business days and will send you an email confirmation once processed. Kindly note that during our peak season (March/April) the handle time can take up to 15 business days. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
They are not subject to complaint
Mechanical damage caused by the fault of the customer, the effects of improper maintenance, the effects of improper assembly, equipment repaired and modified by the buyer by himself, are not subject to complaint.
